Frequently Asked Questions

We do not have a single Saturday sale on the weekend, 2-night package sales are made. Our weekend accommodation packages are 2 nights all year round. There are no periodic changes.

Due to the concept of our hotel, we cannot regret our children under the age of 15 because our indoor and outdoor spaces are not suitable for our children to spend time and safety.

If the room is available on the requested dates, a payment by bank transfer is requested from our guest to finalize the reservation. If your payment is credited, your reservation will be confirmed. For single-day stays, all payment is required, and for stays of 2 or more, 1-day payment is requested. The remaining balance at check-in can be paid by cash or credit card.
The number of days booked cannot be reduced upon arrival. The hotel pays for the number of days booked.

In case of early check-out, payments received at check-in are not refundable.

You can check in at our hotel early and enjoy breakfast. However, since the check-out time of the rooms is 12:00, you can enter your room from 15:00.

We try to help as much as we can if our rooms are available for late exits.
We do not have a single room. For weekdays stays, one person fee is determined as of the fee per night for 2 persons. In the weekend package, a fee of 2 persons is applied for single accommodation.
Our hotel will be pleased to host our pet friends. We kindly ask you to specify at the time of booking.

If you want to make a reservation online, you can click on the reservation section. Online booking can only be done by credit card and is non-refundable sales, cannot be canceled and all payment is allocated from your credit card.
There are no refunds for online reservations, that is, made with credit cards.

If you want to make a refund and optional reservation, you need to contact us by phone and pay by money order / eft. For sales made over the phone, the first payment is requested only by money order / eft. You can pay the rest by cash or credit card upon arrival.

When your reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the date of entry, the entire deposit will be returned. For shorter cancellations, it cannot be returned to the deposit.
There are no refunds for online reservations, that is, made with credit cards.
